This role is also responsible for the distribution/shipping of temperature-controlled GMP materials. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, warehousing, quality control, and salvage and scrap disposal. Responsibilities also include effective management of physical inventory of assigned materials.</p> <p>All incumbents are responsible for following applicable Division & Company policies and procedures.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control</p> <ul> <li>Receives and stores GMP drug substances and drug products under appropriate environmental conditions. </li><li>Enters inventory movements in SAP or equivalent inventory system. </li><li>Assists in quarterly inventory of GMP raw materials and consumables, or as needed. </li><li>Coordinates labeling and proper storage of materials. </li><li>Acquires documentation as necessary (i.e., Certificates of Analysis/Compliance, etc.) from vendors per material release requirements. </li><li>Conducts dispensing operations including but not limited to creating picklists/labels for dispensing from SAP, picking and staging of raw materials and consumables for dispensing and the staging of all materials for delivery. </li><li>Assists with QC sampling of raw materials. </li><li>Monitors warehouse freezers/refrigerators and general storage of materials including responding to freezer alarms. </li><li>Maintains dock integrity. </li><li>Maintains warehouse supplies and informs staff if ordering is needed. </li></ul> <p>Shipping & Receiving</p> <ul> <li>Receives deliveries of GMP/non-GMP materials. </li><li>Assures transport of non-GMP materials to appropriate personnel. </li><li>Facilitate timely resolution of obsolete, damage and other unusable materials with vendors in accordance with company policies and procedures. </li><li>Performs shipping/distribution of ambient and temperature controlled GMP and clinical materials. </li><li>Arranging carriers, creating/obtaining shipment documentation, packing out shipments (in accordance with approved procedures where available), and ensuring that shipments are picked up by the carrier. </li><li>Oversees documentation of the shipments including download of temperature monitoring information collected during the shipment. </li></ul> <p>Documentation</p> <ul> <li>Authors and revises warehouse documentation as necessary. </li></ul> <p>Investigation</p> <ul> <li>Assists in the resolution of warehouse deviations/non-conformances. </li><li>Assists with troubleshooting processes and equipment. </li></ul> <p>Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Ensures warehouse operations are in compliance with approved SOPs and controlled documentation. </li><li>Ensures all applicable regulations, guidelines, safety policies and procedures are followed. </li><li>Assists in warehouse tours provided to regulatory authorities. </li><li>Additional assigned duties, as required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma and/or related work experience. </li><li>2-5 years' experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting. </li><li>Experience in warehouse operations and/or GMP dispensing preferred. </li><li>ERP experience preferred. </li><li>Experience working in a regulated environment required. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of cGMP practices for biopharmaceutical products. </li><li>Working knowledge of temperature-controlled shipping and logistics. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work well with others and establish working relationships with Warehouse personnel as well as Quality, Facilities/Engineering/Validation, and Manufacturing. </li><li>Ability to perform dispensing activities as described above with minimal supervision. </li><li>Exhibits attention to detail, accuracy in work, and integrity of character. </li><li>Self-starter shows willingness to learn and problem-solve. </li><li>Driver's license required. </li><li>Forklift certification preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>Ability to respond to freezer alarms in a timely matter.</p> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Able to sit or stand for 8 hours or more. </li><li>Able to work in a manufacturing environment and walk across the manufacturing campus. </li><li>Ability to wear a sterile gown and do shoe covers on a periodic basis. </li><li>Ability to lift 40 pounds. </li><li>Ability to drive box trucks for pickups and deliveries between sites. </li></ul> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>At Endo, we firmly believe in the principles of equal employment opportunity and strive to create an atmosphere where all employees, regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability (including pregnancy), age, or military or veteran status, feel valued, respected, and empowered.
