<p>Description</p> <p>Kinship House is actively seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Donor Relations Specialist to join our team of committed, dynamic individuals!</p> <p>Kinship House is a regional non-profit outpatient mental health provider addressing the mental health needs of the most vulnerable children in our local child welfare system.</p> <p>Mission Statement: Kinship House provides therapy and advocacy for children experiencing foster care and adoption. The ideal candidate will be able to create and implement a strategic framework for donor cultivation, conversion and stewardship and community engagement. As part of a small and collaborative team, we are looking for someone with strong relational and partnership-building skills, confidence with public speaking and community engagement, and the ability to work alongside peers to accomplish desired outcomes.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>3-5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising with:</p> <ul> <li>demonstrated success in donor cultivation and stewardship </li><li>experience managing specialized CRM/donor management software </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of planned giving, capital campaigns </li><li>Knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavioral health, and/or children's services </li><li>Experience with foster care and/or adoption (lived or professional) </li></ul> <p>How to Apply</p> <p>Please submit your cover letter & resume.
