Then join our team!</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <p>Drive new business opportunities and positioning for future growth</p> <ul> <li>Identify, validate, and connect the dots for new product use-cases or vertical monitoring industry trends, analyzing customers behavior, and competitor offerings to refine and strengthen our value proposition in collaboration with product and commercial teams. </li><li>Identify trends and opportunities and execute on new business product growth cases with a sharp, data-driven mindset working closely with the product, commercial and other cross-functional teams. </li><li>Enable scalable joint merchant success models/ co-creations with strategic partners and unlock new growth initiatives </li></ul> <p>Bridge product-market fit and commercial execution</p> <ul> <li>Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions tailored to market needs. </li><li>Develop enablement materials (playbooks, commercial deck) to empower Riverty's Sales and Key Account teams, when tackling new business opportunities. </li><li>Contribute to creating seamless, scalable set-ups for new clients and partners to future-proof our business </li></ul> <p>Make Product Growth successful and scalable</p> <ul> <li>Own KPIs across integration success, commercial activation, and new business growth. </li><li>Run iterative market validation loops and turn insights into actionable scaling strategies. </li><li>Shape product collaboration models that improve time-to-market and reduce friction for Riverty users and merchants or partners </li></ul> <p>Collaborate cross-functionally to help Riverty succeed</p> <ul> <li>Act as a multiplier across Riverty's Product, Commercial, and Operation organization. </li><li>Lead cross-functional workshops and align stakeholders around shared goals or new business opportunities. </li></ul> <p>What you bring to the team</p> <ul> <li>You bring 2+ years of experience in product growth, strategy, partnership, business development or go-to-market - ideally in a high-growth FinTech/ Payments, Consulting or SaaS environment. </li><li>You are structured, thrive in complexity, and bring a high level of ownership and accountability to execution with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. </li><li>You have deep experience driving cross-functional commercial enablement and market expansion efforts, with measurable business impact and adaptability to evolving market trends. </li><li>You've worked with commercial tooling (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Notion, Figma) and can turn insights into sharp narratives and decisions using your data-driven mindset </li><li>You're a great communicator in English (bonus: German or Dutch) and can influence across all levels of an organization. </li><li>Bonus: You possess strong product intuition and can bridge technical understanding with business opportunity. </li></ul> <p>And if you're motivated and passionate but don't check every box, that's okay!
