This team is deeply embedded in both planning and execution, brought in early to shape the physical assets that will support scaled operations.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <ul> <li> <p>•Ensure that critical equipment are operational, properly maintained, and functioning efficiently to support productive operations</p> </li><li> <p>Diagnose and repair control and electrical system issues involving PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, servo amplifiers, input/output devices, and field sensors</p> </li><li> <p>Diagnose and repair various hydraulic and pneumatic systems within machine tools, including actuators, valves, pumps, and filters</p> </li><li> <p>Diagnose and repair mechanical systems of machine tools, such as ballscrews, linear rails, guideways, and gearboxes</p> </li></ul> <p>About You:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of maintenance technician experience </li><li>Experience in maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems </li><li>Exposure to CNC or automation equipment </li><li>Analytical thinker skilled at identifying root causes and developing lasting solutions to address issues </li><li>Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of urgency </li><li>Adaptable in quickly shifting priorities within a fast-paced and demanding work environment </li></ul> <p>Nice to haves but not required:</p> <ul> <li>Blueprint or schematic reading ability </li><li>Light fabrication/machining skills Familiarity with lock-out/Tag-out procedures (LOTO) </li></ul>
