Are you ready to make an impact?</p> <p>Job Summary: The Inventory Coordinator partners with their assigned Inventory Manager(s) and suppliers to monitor and resolve purchase order delivery concerns, including on time deliveries (expediting), as well as reconciling purchase order and invoice discrepancies in order to drive a superior customer experience.</p> <p>Work Location:</p> <ul> <li>This will be an onsite role in our Greenville, WI location. </li></ul> <p>Compensation Information:</p> <ul> <li>Hourly range of $21-22 plus an annual incentive plan. </li></ul> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Support daily and seasonal procurement activities to ensure delivery of product to fulfillment centers and customers is complete and on time while achieving service level targets. </li><li>Lead in resolving purchase order and invoice discrepancies while balancing the needs of key internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Actively participate in driving supplier accountability to benchmarked performance metrics and ethical business standards. </li><li>Coordinate and manage the annual process to collect and document annual supplier agreements. </li><li>Gathers and enter supply chain related data as required. </li></ul> <p>What we expect you to bring to the table:</p> <ul> <li>Strong sense of personal accountability with the ability to balance priorities and budget time in order to complete short and long term assignments and tasks on schedule. </li><li>Proficient Microsoft Office skills with emphasis in Excel.
