This position involves collaboration with quality operations management to drive improvement projects as part of remediation efforts. The Quality Engineer is responsible for writing technical assessments that summarize quality-related gaps and identify corrective actions. Additionally, the role requires close cooperation with cross-functional teams, including product design, product management, and production, to identify and mitigate risks. The team consists of 64 members, including technicians and supervisors, responsible for overseeing raw materials and moving on to the plastic team of 8 people. The work involves reviewing drawings and procedures with a focus on project management. This role is a 12-month contract with potential for extension based on performance. The organization offers products with inherent safety features to address significant healthcare challenges such as opioid abuse, hospital-acquired malnutrition, and hazardous drug exposure.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
