The ability to perform duties with full and unimpaired judgment is required.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <p>Reporting to the Community Director, the Service Technician will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Complete work orders and service requests efficiently and professionally</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain the property's grounds, pool, and landscaping</p> </li><li> <p>Perform preventative maintenance and inspections</p> </li><li> <p>Handle make-readies for vacant units</p> </li><li> <p>Support emergency on-call maintenance as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting</p> </li><li> <p>HVAC or EPA certification preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Pool maintenance experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Skilled in a variety of trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliance repair, and irrigation systems</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lift up to 75 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Bend, twist, reach, and kneel as needed for repairs</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working in tight spaces and overhead areas</p> </li></ul> <p>Ready to take the next step in your career?
