<p>Position Summary: Assists the Manager with nursing functions of Pulmonary Medicine Department and works with the medical staff of the Pulmonary Medicine Department in organizing and maintaining multiple programs and projects.</p> <p>Experience: Minimum 5-7 years nursing experience. Critical care experience with strong pulmonary background preferred.</p> <p>Education: BSN preferred</p> <p>Required License / Credentials: Current New Jersey License as a Registered Nurse.</p> <p>Other Required Skills: Computer proficiency required at time of hire. Must obtain BLS, ACLS, IV, EKG and Telemetry Certification within 3 months of hire.</p> <p>Contact With Others: Regular internal and/or external contacts involving considerable tact, discretion and persuasion in order to obtain information and/or willing action or consent where it would otherwise be difficult to obtain.</p> <p>Supervision Given: none</p> <p>Supervision Received: Performs duties independently, following established procedures and reporting periodically to supervisor and department chair.</p> <p>Hours: 80 hours per pay period</p> <p>The minimum starting rate for this position is $40.67</p> <p>When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).</p> <p>At Deborah, healthcare is still about caring...for patients and team members.
