Apply!</p> <p>What will your responsibilities be?</p> <ul> <li>Prepare timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with internal and external requirements. </li><li>Perform detailed financial analyses to support business decisions. </li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations, Dutch GAAP, and internal policies. </li><li>Support both internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and insights. </li><li>Assist with tax compliance, including timely preparation and filing of tax returns. </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of automation and efficiency initiatives. </li><li>Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders, including senior management. </li><li>Support the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures. </li><li>Lead or contribute to cross-functional financial projects and initiatives. </li></ul> <p>What do we expect from you?</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, RA) are a plus. </li><li>Several years of experience in General Ledger Accounting and financial reporting. </li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and financial management tools. </li><li>Solid understanding of Dutch GAAP and knowledge of IFRS. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. </li><li>Knowledge of audit procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus). </li><li>High attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy. </li><li>Integrity, accountability, and a commitment to ethical standards. </li><li>Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. </li></ul> <p>Interested?
