<p>Impact</p> <p>Play a key supporting role in driving timely, accurate, and strategic financial reporting and analysis.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Play a key supporting role in driving timely, accurate, and strategic financial reporting and analysis.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Assist with monthly ECIP reporting, including data gathering from internal sources, validation of report inputs and outputs as well as follow-up with relevant stakeholders. </li><li>Help develop a 2025 & 2026 Reporting Project Plan by building detailed timelines, reference files, data sources, and stakeholder maps. </li><li>Document reporting procedures and workflows. </li><li>Support reporting initiatives through data mining, validation, and drafting reports for review. </li><li>Help compile and update the PDLB Investor Relations Deck and Quarterly Results Presentation. </li><li>Research and evaluate other publicly traded ECIP recipients to assess financial performance, strategies, and disclosures. </li><li>Assist in creating and analyzing relevant peer groups for benchmarking purposes. </li><li>Analyze the PDLB investor base, identifying trends and investor composition insights. </li><li>Conduct a deposit behavior study, leveraging internal data and market comparisons. </li><li>Update the Liquidity Stress Test Model, enhancing usability and functionality. </li><li>Support ongoing finance projects within the 2025 finance team book of work. </li><li>Assist with control enhancements and documentation as needed. </li></ul> <p>Ancillary Functions</p> <ul> <li>Assures adherence to Bank policies and procedures and federal and state regulatory requirements. </li><li>Provides cross-functional support to other areas of the department and the Bank where service or assistance is needed. </li><li>Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances. </li></ul> <p>Mandatory Training Curricula</p> <p>Training is required of all Bank staff as related to regulatory mandated compliance topics and courses required for specific job functions. This job is mostly sedentary in nature, but may occasionally involve lifting files and other materials that weigh up to 20 lbs. Employees in this job must be able to work in an office environment during regular business hours where they come into regular and frequent contact with internal and external customers and other members of the public. Therefore, employees in this position are expected to have consistently positive interactions with the public.</p> <p>Education/Training</p> <p>Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Prior internship or academic project experience in finance, accounting, or data analytics is a plus.</p> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>$32,760 - $36,400</p>
