If you're the kind of person who thinks strategically, loves making things run smoothly and motivating a team to do their best work-you might be just who we're looking for!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As our Showroom Warehouse Manager, you'll wear a lot of hats. Here's a look at your daily adventures:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, train, and inspire a team across our Warehouse, Showroom, and Housekeeping departments </li><li>Keep merchandise moving like clockwork-from receiving to the sales floor </li><li>Make sure our showroom looks fantastic and is always guest-ready </li><li>Manage equipment, organize inventory, and keep supplies stocked </li><li>Handle shipping, receiving, and merchandise transfers </li><li>Create and implement efficient systems </li><li>Uphold safety standards to keep everyone safe! </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>The qualified candidate must have:</p> <p>You've got the skills and the experience-and you're not afraid to use them! Here's what we'd love to see:</p> <ul> <li>5-7 years in retail (warehouse, janitorial, or showroom-you've seen it all) </li><li>3-5 years leading a team in a retail environment </li><li>Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and great communication skills </li><li>Microsoft Office know-how (Word, some Excel expereince, Outlook-you're on it) </li><li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs. like a pro </li><li>Comfortable operating equipment at heights of 35-40 feet </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love It Here:</p> <p>At Jordan's, we don't just sell furniture-we create experiences.
