If you want to have a voice, influence our continued growth, and work collaboratively as a team to find innovative solutions to our clients' construction challenges, we want to get to know you.</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>We're building something from the ground up-and we're looking for a VDC Manager to lead it.</p> <p>This isn't a plug-and-play BIM role. You'll design, build, and scale our VDC function, owning the digital construction pipeline from estimating through fabrication and installation. You'll connect systems, workflows, and teams into one integrated process-eliminating duplication and driving efficiency across the project lifecycle.</p> <p>If you're equally comfortable in Revit, on a jobsite, and in a strategy conversation-this role is built for you.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Build & Lead the VDC Function</p> <ul> <li>Develop the company's VDC standards, workflows, and digital construction strategy </li><li>Create systems that align estimating, coordination, fabrication, and field execution </li><li>Define success metrics tied to efficiency, quality, and reduced rework </li></ul> <p>Integrate Estimating & Modeling</p> <ul> <li>Build and refine the ESTmep-to-Revit workflow to eliminate rework between estimating and modeling </li><li>Partner closely with estimators on live pursuits to improve accuracy and speed </li><li>Ensure estimating data flows through the full project lifecycle </li></ul> <p>Own BIM Standards & Digital Infrastructure</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain Revit templates, shared parameters, and content libraries </li><li>Establish model standards, naming conventions, and data consistency across projects </li><li>Ensure systems (ESTmep, Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Stratus) operate as a connected pipeline </li></ul> <p>Drive Coordination & Model Quality</p> <ul> <li>Lead coordination efforts and manage internal/external detailing partners </li><li>Perform clash detection and constructability reviews </li><li>Partner with field teams to ensure install-ready, fabrication-ready models </li></ul> <p>Support Fabrication & Field Execution</p> <ul> <li>Own Stratus platform administration and fabrication workflows </li><li>Develop reporting for production tracking and shop capacity </li><li>Support layout, installation, and field adoption of model-based workflows </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with project managers, field leadership, and fabrication teams </li><li>Provide training and guidance on BIM tools and processes </li><li>Identify prefabrication opportunities and coordination risks early </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of VDC/BIM coordination or model management experience in mechanical, industrial, or construction environments </li><li>Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools </li><li>Experience integrating estimating, modeling, and fabrication workflows (ESTmep/Stratus preferred) </li><li>Deep understanding of construction sequencing, field installation, and fabrication processes </li><li>Proven ability to build systems, not just operate within them </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>This role is based out of our corporate office in Vancouver, WA.
