Join our dynamic team and embark on a fulfilling and challenging career that can pave the way for a successful future!</p> <p>DESCRIPTION OF WORK</p> <p>In this role, you will perform various technical responsibilities related to the inspection of materials and workmanship on highway construction projects within Engineering District 6-0. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all work adheres to the approved construction codes, plans, standards, and specifications. You will be involved in inspecting all phases of transportation construction activities, ensuring compliance at every stage.</p> <p>Additionally, you will assist in verifying grades, elevations, and the layout of structures and roadways in collaboration with contractors and surveyors. Your duties will also include inspecting the application of materials such as cement concrete, bituminous concrete, drainage materials, and other relevant substances to guarantee quality and adherence to specifications.</p> <p>Work Schedule and Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Full-time employment</p> </li><li> <p>Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.</p> </li><li> <p>Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.</p> </li><li> <p>Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.</p> </li><li> <p>You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
