This role is designed for individuals looking to build their skills in sales management and outside sales.</p> <p>Join us as a Sales Intern to kickstart your career in the exciting world of sales!</p> <p>jeanine.moore@sss-steel.com</p> <p>Job closes: 06.15.25</p> <p>Compensation: $16-$20</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in identifying potential clients and developing new business opportunities. </li><li>Participate in direct sales activities, including quotes and follow up </li><li>Support the sales team with territory management tasks, ensuring effective coverage and client engagement. </li><li>Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. </li><li>Collaborate with team members on various projects aimed at improving overall sales performance. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. </li><li>Strong interest in business development and direct sales. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively. </li><li>Basic understanding of negotiation techniques and sales processes. </li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to team goals. </li><li>Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required. </li><li>Intermediate computer skills including excel. </li></ul>
