Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Build and update hybrid deterministic-agentic AI pipelines using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex to orchestrate modular, multi-step workflows. </li><li>Fine-tune large language models for instruction-following, code synthesis, and domain-specific adaptation. </li><li>Integrate code-as-data paradigms (ASTs, control/data flow graphs) to improve model explainability and trust. </li></ul> <p>What you'll need to succeed:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years overall experience building AI, ML, or data science applications </li><li>2+ years of experience in AI system design </li><li>Strong grasp of model context protocol (MCP) to standardize how models interact with APIs and external data sources, including legacy code bases. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Java for implementing machine learning algorithms, data processing pipelines, or integrating AI components into production systems. </li><li>Excellent proficiency in Python, API development, and secure system design. </li><li>An active Secret Security clearance </li></ul> <p>SALARY RANGE: $143,000 - $189,000</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
