Be part of an exciting journey with us!</p> <p>What will help you to succeed in the role?</p> <p>We seek a highly skilled software developer with 2+ years of experience in full-stack development using modern technologies. We strongly believe in a "You build it, you run it" mindset. You will be a good fit for the role if you are:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in modern component frameworks/libraries (Angular, Vue, React, standard Web Components), strong Angular is a plus </li><li>Demonstrates solid skills in the core building blocks: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. </li><li>Good knowledge about the State management NGRX </li><li>Skilled with hands-on experience in Java and the Spring Framework </li><li>Skilled in responsive design and design systems </li><li>Strong understanding of RESTful APIs </li><li>Experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL </li><li>Possess knowledge of Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Test Automation </li><li>Familiarity with cloud development; experience with Azure is a plus </li><li>Proficient in both written and spoken English </li><li>Experience in working in an Agile team </li><li>Experience in the FinTech or banking industry is a plus </li></ul> <p>What will be your challenge?</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality software that meets user needs, including applications, APIs, and other workflows </li><li>Initiate, participate in, and communicate technical architecture designs </li><li>Attend regular scrum ceremonies as a member of an agile cross-functional team </li><li>Analyze, discuss, and implement business requirements while maintaining good documentation of the systems and components you create </li><li>Implement and advocate for industry standards and best practices to continually improve our codebase and architecture </li><li>Make a positive impact on our engineering culture by adopting, implementing, and providing feedback on both organizational and industry standards and practices. </li></ul>
