<p>Position: Lemon Law Associate, Person Most Qualified (PMQ)</p> <p>Location: Onsite. Irvine, CA.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience as an Automotive Technician or Field Service Engineer. </li><li>Must be proficient in reading and interpreting Repair Orders (ROs) and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs). </li><li>Familiarity with California Lemon Law and repurchase evaluation processes is essential. </li><li>Clear verbal communication skills; must be comfortable speaking in a deposition or trial setting. </li><li>While prior deposition experience is not required, candidates must be willing to learn and undergo training in how to testify. </li><li>Flexible hybrid work schedule available following successful training completion. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support the legal team in evaluating automotive claims, particularly those related to lemon law and repurchase eligibility. </li><li>Participate in depositions (training will be provided) and offer technical insights without serving as an expert witness. </li><li>Review and interpret Repair Orders (ROs) and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs). </li><li>Communicate technical information clearly and confidently in legal proceedings. </li></ul> <p>The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
