If you're looking for a role that supports your professional growth and your connection to a vibrant community, we'd love to talk.</p> <p>People First in Frederick, MD</p> <p>Local Team Collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Join our close-knit team of eight physicians and three advanced practice providers. </li><li>$200 million newly built Pediatric Emergency Department </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Board-certified Physician Assistant. </li><li>1+ year of experience in an EM setting with Peds exposure. </li><li>Procedure experience required. </li><li>ACLS/BLS/PALS required. </li></ul> <p>Practice in the Heart of the Community</p> <p>Scheduling:</p> <ul> <li>8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. </li><li>Split time in Peds and Adult ED areas. </li><li>Mix of Swings (Peds), Days (Adult), and Nights (Adult). </li><li>We are entertaining candidates interested in Full-time, Part-time, and PRN commitments. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with fellow APPs and physicians in managing a thriving and very busy ED. </li><li>Must be able to work independently. </li><li>Opportunity to mentor NP/PA students who rotate through the ED. </li><li>Integrated care program - Sound manages the hospitalist, critical care, and emergency medicine services. </li></ul> <p>Living and Working in Frederick:</p> <p>Frederick, Maryland, offers a charming blend of history, a vibrant art scene, and a thriving local community.
