<p>Pay Range: $18.30 - $22.78 hourly</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Four-day workweek schedule from 12:00pm-10:30pm.</p> <p>Potential schedule rotations include:</p> <p>Thursday-Sunday</p> <p>Friday-Monday</p> <p>Saturday-Tuesday</p> <p>Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle</p> <p>NFM's Warehouse specialist in Preparation Touch-Up plays a key role in our warehouse by performing minor repairs and touch-ups on furniture, ensuring every piece looks its absolute best before reaching our customers.</p> <p>Job Duties: A Day in the Life</p> <ul> <li>Inspect: Examine product for defects, determine the complexity of the problem and whether or not repairs can be made by your team or our in-house repair shop </li><li>Repair: Buff out scratches, apply putty or lacquer stick to surface nicks, use powder for color matching and work with upholstery and bedding </li><li>Accuracy: Track and maintain inventory and document movement of merchandise </li><li>Safety: Maintain housekeeping. Keep all hazardous chemicals properly labeled and stored according to government standards </li></ul> <p>Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.</p> <p>Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age </li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Technical or Trade school certificate in Furniture repair OR 1-2 years of furniture repair/touch up experience </li><li>Positive, upbeat attitude </li><li>Ability to lift/push/pull required weights </li><li>Ability to operate all hand tools and power tools </li><li>Ability to match colors and simulate wood grain </li><li>Operate scanning equipment preferred </li><li>Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs </li><li>Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check </li></ul>
