<p>Overview</p> <p>Position: Physical Therapist as Center Manager - OP Ortho</p> <p>Location: NovaCare Silver Spring, MD</p> <p>Schedule: Full Time 40Hrs.</p> <p>Compensation: starting at $90,000</p> <p>Incentives: Up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus and/or Indefinite Loan Help Available</p> <p>Our NovaCare Silver Spring Maryland outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating center manager. This is a treating leadership position. You will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love.</p> <p>Our large clinical team treats a diverse population of teens through geriatrics. Our specialty services include; sports medicine, vestibular, concussion, fall prevention, dry needling, and oncology (ReVital) on top of general orthopedics.</p> <p>At least one year of recent OP ortho experienced as a physical therapist (PT) is required to be considered. Previous leadership experience is a PLUS.
