<p>Senior Specimen Collector</p> <p>Location: Portland, Oregon</p> <p>Schedule: Full time : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm</p> <p>Must be willing to travel nationwide in this role.</p> <p>Help make a positive impact in your community!</p> <p>Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use of prescription medications and illicit drugs supporting improved clinical decision-making as part of treatment for millions of Americans with chronic pain, mental illness, and substance use disorders.</p> <p>The Senior Specimen Collector is a key role at Millennium Health.? As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory. This position is a cross functional subject matter expert traveling 90% of the time to start new accounts and train new Specimen Collectors in the practice.</p> <p>As a Senior Specimen Collector:</p> <ul> <li>Travel to new accounts to ensure proper set up and coverage </li><li>Support onboarding of new Specimen Collectors in the practice </li><li>Subject matter expert with Millennium's systems and processes </li><li>Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens </li><li>Process and package collections or shipping </li><li>Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic, laboratory, LSA Leadership </li><li>Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information </li><li>Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal </li><li>Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite </li><li>Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable) </li><li>Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required </li></ul>
