Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives our success and inspires our dedicated team!</p> <p>Job Function</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for coordinating install of technician routes</p> </li><li> <p>Shared responsibility to receive communication from and assist technicians with help needs</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for facilitating monthly and quarterly month-end duties, including:</p> </li><li> <p>closing all open install work orders for month-end billing</p> </li><li> <p>closing all open purchase orders for outstanding material purchases</p> </li><li> <p>compiling and submitting all inventory counts</p> </li><li> <p>closing any credit cards that need to be processed</p> </li><li> <p>Backfill where needed to keep operations moving forward</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for ensuring installations are ready to be executed, including permits, schedules set, and equipment purchased and received</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for billing out service calls and installations in a timely manner</p> </li><li> <p>Shared responsibility of effectively managing large amounts of incoming customer calls, including taking orders and resolving customer inquiries</p> </li><li> <p>Shared responsibility to identify and assess retail and commercial customer needs to resolve issues and achieve high satisfaction levels</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for the administrative processes related to the Service department, including troubleshooting or researching processes that were not closed properly</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Use internal systems and resources to resolve customer inquiries </li><li>Support marketing through research and implementation of requested projects </li><li>Assist in the formulation of sales proposals and/or marketing material to be sent to potential customers </li><li>Follow up on sales, credit processes, and general questions or concerns </li><li>Maintain and provide exceptional service to current and potential clients </li><li>Other duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Communication skills. Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills. </li><li>Organizational skills. Good prioritization of tasks and ability to function with frequent interruptions. </li><li>Adaptability. Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes. </li><li>Positive attitude. Positive-minded person willing to help where needed. </li><li>Technical aptitude.
