This role serves as the primary point of contact for cross-functional NPI projects, driving alignment across operations, engineering, quality, sourcing, and other key stakeholders to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to Polaris' safety and quality standards. The NPI Engineer oversees the full product introduction lifecycle integration to production. From feasibility assessment and pre-development through production launch, while managing timelines, budgets, and change control. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
