<p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers. ? Experience with advanced hardware and software troubleshooting (Client/Server, Network equipment, AV/VC) </li><li>Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in CaiNiao Operations facilities. </li><li>Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling and systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments. </li><li>Assisting in IT training new hires. </li><li>Ensuring infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours. </li><li>Interacting with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions. </li><li>Managing local technical projects. </li><li>Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes. </li><li>Identifying root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.Basic Requirements: </li><li>Degree in computer science or a related field. / Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience. </li><li>3+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience </li><li>3+ years experience with advanced hardware and software troubleshooting (Client/Server, Network equipment, Telephony) </li><li>Experience maintaining such as zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld ter </li><li>Experience in deployment and ability to work with 3rd party vendors. </li><li>Experience in IT asset management and purchasing. </li><li>Advanced knowledge in handling all common network and Internet protocols,Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN / WiFi) is an advantage </li><li>Previous experience to learn and apply new technology. </li><li>Proven diagnostic and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Understanding of networking infrastructure and system integration. </li><li>Language: Spanish and English, both written and spoken </li></ul> <p>Preferred Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. </li><li>Previous experience in a fast-paced customer centric environment. </li><li>A curious mind-set, always looking for innovation and improvements. </li><li>Any additional industry certification such as ITIL, Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Microsoft (MCP, MCSE), Linux (LPIC-1, LPIC-2) is an advantage. </li><li>Strong analytical skills with a progressive flair for problem solving and a tactful ability to operate autonomously in most situations. </li><li>Previous experience working with cross functional teams, and ability to inspire the team to deliver on complex tasks. </li></ul>
