<p>This temporary position will be for no more than three months - Pay 24-32/hour (depending on experience)</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Accounting Clerk - Accounts Payable is responsible for applying principles of accounting to maintain financial records and prepare financial reports within a corporate environment.</p> <p>Duties And Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and enter accounts payable batches into the system for payment. </li><li>Compile and verify inventory counts three times a month for projections and month-end reporting. </li><li>Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>In addition to the specific responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following:</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred </li><li>Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills </li><li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is highly desirable </li><li>Experience with accounts payable processes and procedures </li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing environments can be beneficial </li></ul> <p>Travel</p> <p>None/Not Specified</p> <p>Crown is an equal opportunity employer.
