Foster communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries. </li><li>Drive work process and efficiency improvements. Coach and mentor new purchasing associates. </li></ul> <p>What makes you great (REQTS)</p> <ul> <li>Must have a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Supply Chain Management or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position. In the alternative, must have a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Supply Chain Management or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position </li><li>Must have (5) years of experience (or in the alternative three (3) years of experience) with: Leading global end-to-end high purity copper procurement for the semiconductor industry; Strategic sourcing of forms of metals: ribbons, powder, ingots, wire, and preforms used in development and production of products supporting various high purity semiconductor applications; Leading semiconductor material and packaging change management with the quality, engineering, production, and product management team; Low-cost country sourcing, ensuring optimum quality of goods/services while protecting organizations' intellectual property for the items used in the semiconductor industry; Leading and managing global supply of critical items, ensuring stable supply, quality, and uninterrupted deliveries in semiconductor industry; Analyzing market trends, geopolitical risks, and timely developing alternate sources impacting goods/service supply for high purity metal fabrication material; Reviewing, approving settlements while negotiating and delivering outstanding results in increasing return on sales of scrap metals generated by metals used in semiconductor industry </li><li>Up to 25% of domestic travel required </li><li>Salary: $118,060.56 - $130,350/year </li><li>Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hours per week) </li></ul> <p>Why you will love working with us</p> <p>Linde serves a variety of end markets including chemicals, energy & decarbonization, food & beverage, electronics, healthcare, manufacturing, metals & mining.
