Join us in fostering a culture where safety and respect for every team member are paramount to ensuring operational efficiency.</p> <p>Pay: Based on Experience</p> <p>Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off | Rotating from days to nights</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanical Technician </li><li>Working knowledge of industrial hydraulics and power transmissions </li><li>Proficiency in reading mechanical blueprints and hydraulic schematics </li><li>Ability to weld (stick, MIG/TIG preferred) </li><li>Operate cutting torches </li><li>Use overhead cranes </li><li>Familiarity with proper rigging equipment, especially for critical lifts </li><li>Experience with mobile equipment such as rough terrain, man lifts, forklifts, and carry decks or Broadersons </li><li>Basic computer skills required </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus </li><li>Familiarity with the Metric Measuring System </li></ul> <p>Job Duties: As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, daily duties include maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment, inspecting machinery to detect irregularities, and performing preventative maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical systems.
