<p>ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Set up and operate manual or CNC metal spinning lathes according to job specifications. </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine tooling requirements and process steps. </li><li>Spin and form metal blanks into finished components using hand tools, rollers, and forming tools. </li><li>Monitor spinning operations to ensure consistent quality and accuracy. </li><li>Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments. </li><li>Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spinning equipment. </li><li>Make adjustments to machines and tools as needed to maintain part specifications. </li><li>Work with a variety of metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and copper. </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. </li><li>Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor. </li><li>Assist the supervisor with special projects. </li><li>Display willingness to assist and train others when necessary. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required. </li><li>3 years of manufacturing experience required, 5 years experience preferred. </li><li>Previous experience in metal spinning or related metal forming processes preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</p> <ul> <li>Health insurance </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Vision insurance </li><li>401(k) retirement plan </li><li>Short Term Disability </li><li>Paid time off: Up to 2 weeks </li></ul>
