We're accelerating our momentum as the fastest-growing large consumer goods company in North America by putting people at the heart of our business and everything we do!</p> <p>As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible to perform various testing of raw materials, packaging, and manufactured goods to ensure Company's specification and quality standards are met.</p> <p>Position Related Duties and Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct microbiological sampling and analytical testing in accordance with established procedures. </li><li>Prepare routine laboratory reagents and solutions. </li><li>Accurately manage and record laboratory data within designated systems. </li><li>Perform syrup and water quality testing to ensure compliance with specifications. </li><li>Calibrate, set up, and verify laboratory instruments and equipment. </li><li>Support water treatment plant operations, including monitoring and testing activities. </li><li>Issue syrup formulations to production mixers following approved protocols. </li><li>Clean and sanitize tanks using automated and computer-guided processes. </li><li>Perform manual cleaning and sanitization of equipment to maintain hygienic conditions. </li><li>Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety policies, and standard operating procedures. </li><li>Assist with internal and external audits, including documentation and audit readiness. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned to support laboratory and production operations. </li></ul> <p>Education and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School, General Education, or equivalent work experience. </li><li>College coursework in general chemistry or advanced math a plus. </li></ul> <p>Functional/Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li>Effectively plan organize multiple tasks/projects </li><li>Computer literate (Use of Microsoft Excel and Word) </li><li>Excellent command of the English language </li><li>Possess ability to function under short time constraints </li><li>Availability to work outside of normal schedule as needed </li></ul> <p>The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
