<p>Job Details</p> <p>Location: ChristianaCare Primary Care at Concord Health Center - 161 Wilmington West Chester Pike, Chadds Ford, PA 19317</p> <p>ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting a dedicated Family Medicine Physician (Including Pediatrics) to join our growing practice in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. DE and PA licensed physicians are encouraged to apply!</p> <p>Position Highlights:</p> <ul> <li>Team: Be the newest addition to a growing team compromised of 7 talented individuals </li><li>Patient Demographics: All ages, from healthy individuals to those with multiple chronic conditions. </li><li>Patient Panel: Primary Care with a focus on accepting new patients, averaging 14-20 visits per day depending on appointment duration (20 or 40 minutes). </li><li>Virtual Flexibility: Opportunity for one virtual day per week. </li><li>Call Schedule: Shared call schedule with two other practices, usually on call 1 weekend every other month and 1-2 weekdays every month. </li><li>Additional Compensation: Paid desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities available. </li><li>Onsite services: The campus offers a one stop shop for many healthcare needs. Includes Women's Health, Sports Medicine, Lab Services, Blood Bank, Imaging, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, Reproductive Health, Cancer Center, Neurology, and Endocrinology services onsite. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct physical examinations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and managing overall patient health. </li><li>Provide preventive health screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling to prevent diseases. </li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records for all patients. </li><li>Educating patients about their health conditions and treatment options, promoting healthy lifestyle choices. </li></ul> <p>Why Concord Campus?</p> <ul> <li>Community: Enjoy working in a close-knit practice in an attractive area close to Wilmington, DE, with summer and holiday parties. </li><li>Professional Growth: Primary Care at Concord has a very high patient utilization of the patient portal allowing patients to communicate easily with providers.
