<p>Position info: Assists with oversight and continual operation of Shangri-La's computer systems. Provide support to staff on all company supported applications. Troubleshoot computer problems and determine source and advise on appropriate action. Installs hardware and software to individual PC's and network, and continually provides and maintains needed upgrades to systems. Knowledge of past, current and projected Windows software applications.</p> <p>Skill & Effort:</p> <p>Requires regular communication inside and outside the organization to convey and gather information.
