Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with over 160 locations worldwide, our team of over 3,500 employees excels in offering a multitude of mission-critical services.</p> <p>The Lead Facility Maintenance Technician position will be located in Channelview, TX and will service both Pasadena and Channelview TX locations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Will assist with local maintenance work, repairs, and various miscellaneous duties supporting the site. </li><li>Perform preventive maintenance on motors, motor controls, pumps and compressors. </li><li>Will assist with electrical work. </li><li>Perform boiler unit preventative maintenance, along with associated piping and valve repair or replacement. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of electrical work including high and low voltages (120/240 and 277/480) </li><li>Experience in general maintenance, good mechanical aptitude, able to work on multiple tasks and the ability to follow direction is required </li><li>Must have a valid Drivers License </li><li>Industrial and Commercial work experience is a plus </li><li>Exposure to various skilled trades (i.e., mechanical, electrical, etc.). </li><li>Will possess a high school diploma or GED, have attended a vocational technical institution studying various skilled trades or has worked in a construction environment. </li><li>Knowledge or willingness to learn the application of using steam through associated piping to maintain product temperatures as required by manufactures specifications. </li></ul> <p>DCI Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Partially employer paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance </li><li>401k with generous employer match </li><li>Short and Long Term Disability Insurance </li><li>PTO </li><li>10 Paid Holidays </li><li>Parental Leave </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li></ul>
