Our focus is creating longer-lasting, environmentally responsible roofing solutions that can withstand all weather conditions.</p> <p>Job Title: Laborer | Req ID: 16800 | HR Contact: Jonathan Stone | Location: Building Envelope - Corp Portland, OR</p> <p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p> <p>This position is responsible for a variety of tasks within the manufacturing environment.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH</p> <ul> <li>Helping maintain a clean and safe working environment. </li><li>Performing general housekeeping within production facilities. </li><li>Performing tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, organizing, etc., as needed. </li><li>Assisting operators in production when necessary. </li><li>Reporting all problems that may inhibit the production of a quality product to the immediate foreperson and supervisor. </li><li>Operating a lift truck, power, or air tool to accomplish designated tasks. </li><li>Regular, predictable attendance is essential for this position. </li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</p> <p>Education: high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)</p> <p>Field of Study Preferred: N/A</p> <p>Required Work Experience: Two years of manufacturing experience</p> <p>Travel Requirements: N/A</p> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators.
