They will maintain a high standard of excellence while promoting a People First Culture.</p> <p>This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$24.00</p> <p>Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching</p> <p>This position will remain open until October 10, 2025.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Leads the staff with following all guidelines, policies, and procedures. </li><li>Prepares the Club and Catering for all events </li><li>Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, while complying with legal regulations. </li><li>Trains and monitors employees while evaluating their performance and productivity. </li><li>Recruits, selects and develops talent while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. </li><li>Builds magic moments and maintains positive member & guest experiences. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1 + years in food & beverge management or related field. </li><li>Strong written and oral Communication Skills. </li><li>Exceptional leadership skills - Self-motivated, strategic thinker, positive attitude. </li><li>Adaptable to change - can solve problems through an open-minded and all-inclusive approach. </li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment. </li><li>Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Available nights and weekends </li></ul> <p>Strengthened by our Differences.
