Meanwhile, we actively promote the development of esports industry, work with global partners to build an open, collaborative and symbiotic industrial ecology, and create high-quality digital life experiences for players.</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding</p> <ul> <li>Assisting with the marketing procurement process, including supplier selection, order management and contract management for small dollar business orders(SMB). </li><li>Assist in the vendor registration process and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Support the internal countersignature process for procurement-related contracts and agreements. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with procurement policies and objectives. </li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and analyze market trends. </li></ul> <p>Procurement & Data Management</p> <ul> <li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of Purchase Orders. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of procurement data and assist with daily data maintenance and analysis. </li><li>Resolve supplier issues efficiently and offer practical solutions. </li><li>Contribute to process improvements and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li><li>Maintaining an up-to-date awareness of own specialist area and market dynamics, taking action accordingly to ensure the best contracts are in place to meet the business needs. Undertaking all activities in line with all relevant Group policies and within Group risk appetite, ensuring compliance to all policies, procedures and systems providing an efficient and auditable sourcing trail that will ensure robust risk management. </li><li>Provide regular updates on status of the tasks being assigned through weekly reporting Other duties as assigned to support department initiatives </li></ul> <p>Who We Look For</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Currently an undergraduate or master's degree student in Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, Logistics Management, or related fields. </li><li>Knowledge of general business principles or procurement. </li><li>Ideally with prior procurement experience Ability to work independently and accurately. </li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle procurement-related data and information. </li><li>Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability. </li><li>Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to deal with stakeholders from HQ and international teams </li><li>Experience with the software included in the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, particularly word processing, spreadsheets and database programs. </li></ul> <p>The expected base pay range for this position in the state(s) listed above is $20.77 to $38.08 per hour. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, actual location of work, and experience.</p> <p>This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
