<p>Adjunct Faculty: Game Design and Development Program at LIU, Post</p> <p>MFA or doctorate (or equivalent professional experience) in game design and/or game programming-related fields such as game design, computer science, computer programming, and/or interactive design. Active experience with the game industry is preferred.</p> <p>Applicants should have 3 or more years of experience practicing game development in Unity production techniques.</p> <p>Specific desired areas of expertise include:</p> <p>? Experience in systems design with an emphasis on interactive game systems. (Unity/Unreal experience a plus)</p> <p>? Developing and shipping games to PC/console/mobile</p> <p>? Passionate about gaming across various genres</p> <p>? Advanced proficiency in game art industry-standard tools is preferred.</p> <p>? Experience with other standard web design technologies, including WordPress, Dreamweaver, Webflow, HTML, CSS, etc.</p> <p>Preferred candidates will have additional experience with other gaming engines and on other platforms for Unity development, such as virtual reality or augmented reality.
