This career site is for external applicants only.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Non-DOT Cement Heavy Haul performs hot shot pick-ups, transports cement personnel to and from job locations, and performs housekeeping maintenance on vehicles or equipment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Performs hot shot pick ups </li><li>Transports cement personnel to and from job locations </li><li>Performs housekeeping maintenance on all vehicles and equipment </li><li>Safely drives company vehicles to and from location in all weather conditions and on varying road surfaces </li><li>Maintains compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) </li><li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a current valid driver's license and a clean driving record required </li><li>Clear written and spoken communication skills, must be able to read and follow directions in English </li><li>Must have strong mechanical knowledge </li><li>Personable, able to interact effectively with team and personnel at all levels of the organization </li><li>Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs. over your head </li><li>Must be able to withstand all weather conditions including extreme heat and cold </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>The physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the role's essential functions.
