<p>Customer Success Associate - Portland, Washington</p> <p>Location: Hybrid ~70% Remote, 30% In-field (Travel)</p> <p>Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (depending on experience) plus competitive variable</p> <p>Territory: Portland, Washington</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>The Customer Success Associate supports customer relationships within a defined territory, assisting in onboarding and helping dental practices integrate SprintRay's digital solutions. This hybrid role combines remote account coordination with occasional in-field engagement to promote adoption, satisfaction, and retention.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Onboarding & Training</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist new customers with product setup and digital workflow basics</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in remote and in-person onboarding sessions</p> </li><li> <p>Support delivery of educational content for study clubs, events, and webinars</p> </li></ul> <p>Customer Support & Engagement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as a key point of contact for assigned accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Provide first-level support for product-related questions and usage</p> </li><li> <p>Help identify customer needs and encourage product adoption</p> </li></ul> <p>Community Building</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support organization and facilitation of local study clubs and peer-to-peer events</p> </li><li> <p>Promote a collaborative, engaging customer experience across channels</p> </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Escalation</p> <ul> <li> <p>Log interactions and feedback in CRM systems</p> </li><li> <p>Escalate technical issues as needed with clear documentation</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>2 years of customer-facing experience (dental, healthcare, SaaS preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable with digital tools, CRM platforms, and remote work</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to travel occasionally within the assigned region</p> </li><li> <p>Some regional travel with occasional overnight stays (1-2 nights/week max)</p> </li></ul> <p>Employment Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>About SprintRay</p> <p>SprintRay is rewriting the rules of dentistry with technology that's smart, fast, and designed to make life easier for dental professionals.
