This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.</p> <p>YOUR TEAM.</p> <p>This position will support our Technology Group that falls within our CHAMP Group. We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer.</p> <p>YOUR ROLE.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Responsibilities include but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules </li><li>Develop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals </li><li>In managing a team of staff associates, including interns, provide?regular performance coaching and feedback, while developing?individual technical and industry skills. </li><li>Gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise?direction and leadership </li></ul> <p>Your Experience.</p> <p>The successful candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years' experience in a reputable public accounting firm </li><li>Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting </li><li>CPA or eligibility to sit for the exam </li><li>Technology or Commercial industry experience a plus </li><li>Knowledge of audit software CCH Engagement or other software a plus </li><li>Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills </li></ul> <p>Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate's geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus; generous paid time off; expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, to name a few.
