<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement </li><li>Salary: $75,981 - $94,976 plus annual target bonus </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, meetings and events associated with FIFA World Cup and the Olympics </li><li>Provide administrative support to the Vice President, FIFA World Cup and Olympics, Special Events Project Manager, and project team, i.e., managing calendars, scheduling and planning meetings, and organizing travel arrangements, etc. </li><li>Plan and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics and/or travel, and taking detailed minutes </li><li>Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents and ensure that projects are complete on schedule and within budget </li><li>Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring materials are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with the company's brand standards </li><li>Maintain a high-level of integrity, discretion and professionalism </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 3 plus years of experience or High School Diploma and 6 plus years of specific experience </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
