<p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform mold changing, cleaning and minor mold repair </li><li>Inspect parts under microscope to ensure quality </li><li>Troubleshoot problems during machine operation </li><li>Instruct machine operators on correct and safe operation of machine and auxiliary equipment </li><li>Create and maintain activity logs </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.) </li><li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals </li><li>Knowledge of injection molding equipment </li><li>Basic math skills and reasoning ability </li><li>Must be able to stand, reach, twist for up to 8 to 10 hours per day </li><li>Must be able to have hand movement up to 8-10 hours per day </li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds </li><li>Good visual skills for assessing part quality </li></ul> <p>Competitive Pay & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays </li><li>Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance </li><li>HSA and FSA accounts </li><li>401k with company matching and profit sharing </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li></ul>
