<p>Description</p> <p>Northwest Property Group LLC is offering a unique opportunity to work in real estate investment. Northwest Property Group LLC invests in, develops, and rehabs properties in multiple areas. We work in commercial, residential, and vacant real estate. We are looking for a motivated individual for a full-time position. The position encompasses multiple aspects of real estate investment. The job entails a mixture of office work and work in the field. This is an entry level position with the opportunity for rapid advancement. Join us in the exciting world of real estate. Each project is a new adventure.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>College degree preferred, but not required (some college is required) </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and Google Workspace </li><li>Strong organizational skills are a must </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Ability to learn new skills </li><li>Real estate experience is a plus, but not required </li><li>Ability to use hand tools </li><li>Ability to do light maintenance and repairs </li><li>Experience in maintenance or property management is a plus, but not required </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date </li><li>Create spreadsheets and organize large amounts of data </li><li>Create lists, including photo lists </li><li>Write letters and reports </li><li>Make light repairs and perform daily maintenance tasks </li><li>Light painting </li></ul> <p>This position includes both office work and work in the field.
