<p>Job Title: Lab Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>This position involves working within the fragrance design and development sphere, supporting creative projects and initiatives. The role includes coordinating creative briefs, managing timelines, sourcing materials, and ensuring smooth project execution.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide backup support for compounding activities. </li><li>Manage the queue of sample requests and projects. </li><li>Organize and maintain the sample library. </li><li>Coordinate with evaluators and perfumers to ensure timely sample preparation. </li><li>Assist with shipping tasks when the shipping department is unavailable. </li><li>Support the sales team with sample-related information and logistics. </li><li>Deliver excellent customer service by addressing sample-related inquiries and providing solutions. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Technical background in a related field. </li><li>Strong project management skills. </li><li>Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments. </li><li>Experience in customer service and sales support. </li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment includes a lab/office connected to a warehouse, requiring comfort with strong smells of raw materials.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
