If you describe yourself as a people person, this is the position for you!</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders. </li><li>Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs. </li><li>Verify warranty and service contracts as needed. </li><li>Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins. </li><li>Maintain service records and prepare billing invoices for customers. </li><li>Work with Accounts Payable to resolve any receipt/ invoice questions. </li><li>Provide invoices to customers and collect payment. </li><li>Observe and report customer information, including customer buying habits and competitive intrusion. </li><li>Answer all customer questions both in person and over the phone in a courteous manner. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Desired Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and experience with parts/ mechanics or a related field is beneficial. </li><li>Excellent communication skills. </li><li>Organized and detail oriented. </li><li>Proficient with computers. </li><li>Team Player. </li><li>Self- Aware: ability to handle stress under pressure. </li><li>Excellent customer service. </li><li>Flexibility to meet changing demands. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Valid driver's license with clean driving record. </li><li>2+ years' experience in a Service Support position or similar position is beneficial but not required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Quarterly Bonuses. </li><li>Health, Dental and Vision Insurance. </li><li>401K with company matching. </li><li>Company paid Short-term & Long-Term Disability Insurance. </li></ul> <p>We're an equal opportunity employer.
