<p>Title: Property Manager</p> <p>Location: Portland, OR</p> <p>Pay Rate: $28/hr</p> <p>Schedule: 24-32 hours per week (3-4 days/week). If you are an energetic, driven, and results-oriented property management professional who is ready to take on an exciting new challenges, then we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Determines rental amounts, deposits & fees to be charged, directs marketing and advertising for such. </li><li>Prepares or prompts preparation of rental agreements or renewals and collects specified rents, deposits & fees. </li><li>Directs functions for upkeep and maintenance costs. </li><li>Arranges for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property as specified in management services or lessee's agreement. </li><li>Manages vacancy by reconciling deposit returns and chargebacks, monitors timeliness of turnover. </li><li>Employs, or contracts for services of security, maintenance, and grounds keeping personnel and onsite management personnel if required. </li><li>Reports on status of properties occupancy rates, dates of expiration of leases, financial reporting. </li><li>Prepares periodic reports of property condition and communicates upcoming needs to owner for review. </li><li>Provides direction and support to the assistant property manager assigned to the portfolio. </li><li>Assists with eviction of tenants in compliance with court order and directions from attorney and owner. </li></ul> <p>Whats In It For You?</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary - $28/hr </li><li>Your choice of two different medical plan options.
