Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations </li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical issues and restore equipment to operating condition efficiently </li><li>Complete preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life </li><li>Read and interpret work orders, manuals, and schematics to execute repairs accurately </li><li>Follow safety, environmental, and operational standards while collaborating with site teams </li></ul> <p>What Are We Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated capability to maintain and repair industrial mechanical equipment </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety first mindset </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Skill in using hand and power tools relevant to mechanical maintenance tasks </li><li>Reliable, detail focused, and adaptable to changing operational needs </li></ul> <p>Conditions of Employment</p> <ul> <li>Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check </li><li>Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing </li><li>Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
