It's a great place to make an impact at Siemens, and this role sits at the center of that momentum.</p> <p>The Account Technology Manager (ATM) develops and executes the strategy to achieve business targets and strategic objectives for the Siemens EDA 3DIC business within the territory. Recognized as a go-to technical leader, the ATM leads opportunities with engineering teams designing advanced IC packages and heterogeneous systems. You'll drive priorities across the Advanced Packaging portfolio, clarify where to focus field resources, and maintain accurate engagement data (sales stage, progress vs. plan, action items, risks, and prioritization).</p> <p>In this role, you'll define technical account plans and sales/marketing campaigns to secure initial wins, drive proliferation, and build strategic development partnerships. You'll partner closely with the Account Manager to uncover and qualify competitive replacement and new business opportunities, build technical campaigns, secure the right technical resources and BU alignment, and drive campaigns to closure. You'll also provide critical field intelligence to help shape product direction and roadmaps, and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and events that generate new leads.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Develop the overall advanced packaging engagement strategy with field technical management to achieve business targets and strategic objectives aligned to WW Sales and BU priorities. Build top-down and bottom-up plans account-by-account across the territory, including strategies to capture unidentified whitespace opportunities. </li><li>Define technical account engagement plans and campaigns necessary to achieve the results. The strategy and plans for each account must be approved by the Account Manager. </li><li>Lead and manage the sales campaigns for the Innovator3D IC and Calibre3D product lines. </li><li>Ensure understanding of all elements of any technical campaign - decision process, success criteria, committed usage upon success, run rate impact, AE resources required and, of course, solving the customer's problem. </li><li>Establish regular customer meetings with key stakeholders and management to support successful campaigns. </li><li>Align with the account team on opportunities and maintain an engagement tracking mechanism that enables clear, concise reporting of progress vs. plan across multiple accounts. </li><li>Define, track, and report priorities across all engagements; partner closely with technical management to balance near-term execution with longer-term strategic objectives. </li><li>Build strong customer relationships to enable establishment of strategic relationships for Siemens EDA in product / technology </li><li>Serve as the key field resource to summarize competitive threats and opportunities </li><li>Collect and communicate customer feedback, competitive information, and general field intelligence into the product BUs with the goal of aligning product direction and roadmaps to the customer needs within the territory. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualification:</p> <ul> <li>BSEE Degree or equivalent </li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related technology field or technical sales role </li><li>Financial understanding to enable selling at a business level </li><li>Product, market, and industry expertise in advanced packaging technology </li><li>Negotiating skills </li><li>Prospecting/uncovering skills </li><li>Create and maintain technical campaigns </li><li>Set appropriate expectations and decision criteria </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Ability to successfully drive closure of technical campaigns </li><li>Ability to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization across account management, the field technical organization, and the business unit R&D and Marketing teams </li><li>Professional customer presence </li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) </li></ul> <p>This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
