Run quality checks to make sure every part leaving your station is "Standard Iron" perfect. </li><li>Eagle Eye for Detail: Spot a defect? Call it out. We're about precision, not "good enough." </li><li>Stay Sharp & Safe: Keep your workspace dialed in and safe by following the playbook (company policies). </li><li>Team Player: Communicate like a pro and help the crew cross the finish line every day. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to the Table:</p> <ul> <li>The Basics: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent life experience. </li><li>Experience: If you've done assembly before, that's a huge plus.
