This hands-on role is essential to delivering high-quality finished products.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Sand, wash, and acid-clean truck parts and bodies</p> </li><li> <p>Mask vehicles for multi-tone paint applications</p> </li><li> <p>Use hand and power tools for prep tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Follow operator instructions, blueprints, and process flows</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area</p> </li></ul> <p>What you need to be successful:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>1+ year automotive paint prep experience</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent attendance & strong attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Able to tolerate heat, dust, and chemical exposure</p> </li><li> <p>Willing to wear PPE and rotate tasks</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with fillers, putties, and primers</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of basic computer systems (e.g., AS/400)Paint Prep- Carson</p> </li></ul> <p>Why The Shyft Group?</p> <p>Our people are our greatest asset, and your success is our success!
