<p>JOB OPPORTUNITY: Physician (Cardiothoracic Surgeon)</p> <p>Hartford HealthCare Medical Group, Inc. seeks a full-time Cardiothoracic Surgeon to perform comprehensive assessments and cardiothoracic surgical procedures on patients including heart transplants, aortic valve replacements, mitral valve repairs and replacements, and transcatheter aortic valve replacement; provide patient and family education, psychosocial support, and appropriate referrals to other specialists; participate in education programs for medical students, advanced practitioners, nurses and others; participate in quality improvement activities; and document patient information appropriately in the electronic patient record according to Medical Group policy and regulatory requirements.
